A Registered Dietitian Nutritionist with 17 years’ experience, Katharine has been a hospital pediatric dietitian and pediatric nutrition representative. As a mom, she knows the challenges of feeding kids first-hand. Her passion for families and children led her to open a private practice specializing in pediatric nutrition consulting and counseling.

Jared graduated from Portland State with two Bachelor’s degrees in 2012. His passion is making soccer available to those communities that love it most. Active Children Portland delivers 30 weeks of after-school programming in youth sports to over 600 under-served, urban elementary and middle school students in the Portland metro area.
